How do I make the payment for the service?

The seller must pay the service provider the pre-agreed amount directly under the conditions determined by both parties.

In case of any issue, how will Amazon help me resolve disputes?

The service contract and terms are agreed between seller and the service provider. The dispute will be settled between the service provider and you as per agreed terms and conditions.

How many products are included in the Cataloguing service within Fly?

The service provider will support you with the creation of up to 20 products and their detail pages, please liaise directly with the service provider if you want assistance with more products.

What if my account is not eligible for any of the services included in the package?

The services included within "Fly" are optional, the seller can choose if they would like all or some of the services for their account. Please note that you have 25 days to complete the services as part of the "Fly" program.

What if I do not want the service provider to do any of the tasks included in the package?

You may choose to avail only certain components of the Fly service. The decision of the seller is final on the services required and the actions to be performed on the seller account. The final requirements and prices will be decided between the seller and the service provider.
